The service here is friendly, with onsite parking available; the location is perfect, just a short walk from Piazza Banchi, and the staff will go above and beyond to help.

We liked it and do recommend to anyone! Beautiful hotel, clean, competent stuff, location near a very pretty beach was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere created was quiet. The services where perfect, offered us good free Wi-Fi.

The staff were quite helpful. The location was quite good and accessible to main roads. Transport was close to hotel and made it easy to travel even if you did not have a car. Clean rooms! The kitchenette was very handy to have.
There was very little soap in the room...one tiny bottle for two people for 3 nights! Even after asking several times, we had to go out to buy some. We had to ask for toilet paper when we ran out...there should always be an extra roll in the bathroom. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on! It would have been nice if someone had told us that there was major construction going on next to the hotel! We could not sleep in.....

The room with jacuzzi was very comfortable and enjoyable. Having a refrigerator, kitchenware, and a dining area in the room was convenient. - the hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to the beaches, seaside, and harbor.

Easy to find, easy access to room
Hotel manager (on arrival) did not speak English (or French), communication impossible. No breakfast with room which was my fault for missing on booking. Lack of communication meant that could not use WiFi, which was important for my job. Given these issues, overpriced.

Very nice Hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, our little studio was well equipped; no breakfast available which is a disadvantage, if you have no studio. 10 minute drive to the center, bus stop at the hotel, very nice walks on the sea promenade just beginning near the hotel.

Parking garage (10 EUR per day), locality.
We have exchanged room because it did not meet the description and has not held a clean look. Our friends had a room - a studio on the fourth floor and the room was very cold. Kitchenette without cleaning agents.

Quiet location with nearby bus stop for easy access to city center. Just 200 meters from picturesque Boccadasse neighborhood and multiple beach options. Convenient 24/7 supermarket next door. Helpful staff, daily cleaning, and option to cook simple meals with nearby grocery. Beautiful and clean hotel with excellent facilities, easily accessible to city and charming beach area.
